Overview –
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Exchanges cannot be made on custom items or sale items.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/refunded.
This includes:
- Custom Orders
- Orders where you have chosen the colors or size
- Sale Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first! Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in a timely manner.
Late or missing refunds –
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items –
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late and Missing Items Policy
We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner. However, we understand that delays or lost items can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as issues with the postal service. Below is our policy regarding late or missing items depending on whether the shipment is insured or uninsured:
Uninsured / Untraceable Shipments:
If your order was shipped without insurance and is delayed or missing due to an issue with the post office, the responsibility for recovering or resolving the issue will fall on the customer. In such cases, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Contact the Post Office: You will need to reach out to the post office directly to file a claim or inquire about the status of your shipment. We can provide proof of shipping or any relevant details upon request to assist in your communication with the postal service.
- Postal Claims: As uninsured shipments do not have additional coverage, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for items lost or delayed by the post office.
Please note that while we will assist you with documentation, we cannot intervene directly in matters related to uninsured postal issues.
Insured / Traceable Shipments:
If your order was shipped with insurance and is delayed or missing, we are here to assist you directly in resolving the issue. Please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us First: If you suspect your insured item is lost or delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the postal service on your behalf and work towards a resolution.
- Resolution: Once the claim has been submitted, we will either send a replacement item (if available) or issue a refund, depending on the outcome of the postal service’s investigation and the terms of the insurance policy.
We will handle all communication with the postal service for insured shipments to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible for you.
Important Considerations:
- Delivery Delays: Please note that the post office may experience occasional delays that are beyond our control. We recommend allowing additional time for deliveries during peak seasons or periods of high postal traffic.
- Tracking Information: We provide tracking information for all shipments where available. For uninsured shipments, tracking may still assist in determining the status of your delivery.
