Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Q.  What is a drop-in?
  1. A drop-in visit entails a brief stop at your apartment/home to refresh your pet’s food and water supply. We can also take your dogs out to the yard for a quick potty break without a full walk, or tidy up the litter box for your cat. Additionally, we’re happy to offer some cuddles and companionship for your pet, or simply check in during times when you’re away from home.
  • Q.  What if my puppy/dog is not reliably potty trained/has an accident?
  1. Clean up supplies must be provided for puppies/dogs who are not reliably potty trained or a fee will incur as we will have to use our own clean up supplies.
  • Q. What if I have to cancel?
  1. We acknowledge that cancellations may be necessary and appreciate advanced notice. To ensure smooth operation of our services, we kindly request that you inform us of any cancellations 24 hours before your scheduled drop-in. In the event that cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk, a 50% fee of the drop-in’s cost will be charged. This policy is in place to compensate our pet care professionals for their time and commitment.
